Training Facilities

Located by the Mediterranean Sea, Airways Aviation ESMA enjoys a perfect climate to fly with 300 days of sunshine per year. Montpellier is currently the 8th French city in terms of population and the 3rd Mediterranean city after Marseille and Nice. It’s the most populated city of the Herault Department and the 2nd of the Languedoc-Roussillon-Midi-Pyrénées region after Toulouse.

For the past 35 years, Montpellier has been very attractive for its quality of life, its culture and the Mediterranean climate. Montpellier has one of the most important growth in France in terms of economy and demography. With 70,000 students, it’s also the second city with the highest number of students per capita and the 7th university pole in France. The social diversity is also applicable to ESMA, which is a rewarding experience for our students.
