Alpha Aviation Academy (AAA) and Airways Aviation have signed a partnership agreement to provide world class flight training to AAA cadets during the core flying phase of their MPL training.

Airways Aviation, a global flight training provider, with bases in the UK, Spain, Montenegro, and Australia has over 30 years of pilot training experience. Airways Aviation provides various courses including the Bachelor of Business (Aviation Management) inclusive of the Diploma of Aviation (CPL and Multi-Engine IR) in conjunction with Southern Cross University.

Captain Nadhem Al Hamad, Alpha Aviation Academy’s General Manager stated;

‘’AAA has partnered with Airways Aviation given their proven track record in successfully training cadets to the highest standards across Europe and Australia, from entry level theory right through to the Airline Transport Pilot Licence.”

AAA is the Middle East’s leading pilot training provider, and one of the largest and most recognized provider of the Multi-Crew Pilot Licence in the world.

The partnership will see cohorts of AAA cadets undertake 70 hours of flight training at one of Airways Aviation Academies in Australia. The cadets will learn how to effectively handle and fly the aircraft before returning to the UAE to commence their advanced simulator training. This integrated training approach will provide the cadets with a premium MPL program to pursue their career with a commercial airline like Air Arabia. Air Arabia has employed over 360 graduates from Alpha Aviation Academy to date.

Airways Aviation will welcome the first AAA cadet group in late March 2019 at the Sunshine Coast Academy, with a rolling intake of cadets throughout the year.

Airways Aviation is dedicated in providing global training solutions and highly qualified pilots to meet industry demands. The current market predicts more than 800,000 commercial pilots will be required over the next 10-15 years to adequately service the market.

Airways Aviation Founder, Romy Hawatt commented saying;

"Our partnership with Alpha Aviation Academy supports our global approach to provide the industry with the new generation of pilots who have graduated within a multinational training program. Pilots are in high demand and this demand is growing over the next 15- 20 years. Developing these partnerships is crucial to ensure the growth of the industry.”

The new AAA partnership will further strengthen Airways Aviation global footprint within the Aviation education and training sector ensuring that each graduate is qualified and equipped to pursue their chosen aviation pathway as well as supporting the emergent needs of the commercial airlines.
